Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Weekly Pay

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in a travel capacity, focusing on patient care, treatment planning, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Examine, test, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and hearing disorders.
• Evaluate speech, language, hearing, and oral motor skills.
• Record speech samples, conduct phonetic analyses, and document test results.
• Develop and implement remedial treatment plans.
• Confer with colleagues and utilize appropriate therapy techniques and equipment.
• Maintain active communication with patients regarding progress and home programs.
• Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and students in the department.
• Interpret physician prescriptions and ensure safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for state licensure and current ASHA certification.
• BLS certification.
• New graduates are welcome, with supervision options available.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts, five days a week.
