Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Puyallup, Washington. The assignment starts October 26, 2026 and runs through January 23, 2027 (13 weeks). The role involves providing speech and language therapy services to patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State.
• Minimum 0 years of prior experience required (new graduates eligible).
• Ability to work day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Must obtain necessary state licensure prior to start date.
