Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across all ages
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Maintain documentation
- Ensure safety and infection control
- Engage in professional development and quality assurance
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state licensure
- BLS certification
- PREFERRED: Master’s or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP
- Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities
- Effective communication
- Able to work under pressure and with diverse personnel
