Speech Language Pathologist Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to patients, assessing communication disorders, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards, complete necessary documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have required certifications including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, and a Specialty Exam.
• Ability to pass skills checklist, color vision test, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient management skills are essential.
