Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy
• Monitor progress
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Active SLP license
• Clinical expertise in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Compliance with credentialing requirements

Additional Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday
• Hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week
• Prior rehab or skilled nursing experience preferred
