Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a position in Salinas, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language therapy services to patients in long term care settings.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current California license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• AHLAS certification (or equivalent).
• Additional certifications related to this specialty.
• 2 years of recent experience in LTC.

Qualifications

• Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.
• Shift: 8 hours, days.

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
