Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Rehab - $2,060 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Federal Way, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and treat patients with various speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in computer software used in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• Valid CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
