Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Rehab - $2,056 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Liberal, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess and treat patients with various speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kansas.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

Skills

• Proficient in using speech therapy software and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
