Job Details
Speech Language Pathologist position starting June 29, 2026.
Job Requirements
- Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date.
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
- Documentation of required immunizations: MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) or proof of immunity.
- Documentation of TB test within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Physician health statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
- Two references within 4 years, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
- Education verification through background check company.
- SSN trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
- National sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- Exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually.
- Name change documentation if applicable.
- TB symptom survey if positive PPD, completed prior to start and updated annually.
Additional Details
- Shared housing available with restrictions (no guests/pets).
- Must have own transportation.
