Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (LTC/SNF) - $1,940 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice in the state of Indiana.
• Experience working in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
