Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Long Term Care - $2,535 per week

About the role

GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist to work in a long‑term care (LTC) / skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Giddings, Texas. You will join a collaborative care team, providing patient‑centered therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the LTC/SNF environment.
• Complete timely documentation of therapy sessions.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Specific duties will be confirmed during the interview with a recruiter.

Requirements

• Active license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in an LTC/SNF setting.
• At least 1 year of full‑time Speech Language Pathology experience.
• Experience in LTC/SNF within the past 2 years.
