Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Long Term Care - $2,369 per week

About the role

The Anders Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Potosi, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri.
• Experience working in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.
