Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Humansville, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Speech Language Pathology.
• Current licensure to practice in Missouri.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of long-term care settings and patient populations.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
