About the role

Provide skilled nursing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State.
• One year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in using the ProTouch charting system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check.

$2,103.00 to $2,333.00 weekly.
