Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess and document patient progress using the Epic charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and facility policies

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Oklahoma
• One year of relevant clinical experience
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ACLS certification
