Travel Speech Language Pathologist – Inpatient Rehabilitation - $2,688 per week

About the role

CrossMed is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026 at Sutter Health Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Assess and treat patients with various speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current California State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of common speech and language disorders and their treatments.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day shift, Monday through Friday.
