Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Inpatient Rehabilitation - $1,867 per week

About the role

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The position is within an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit (44 beds, 2 speech therapists, patient ratios 1:8–10). Equipment includes MBS Suite, Vital Stim, IOPI, EMST150, Bioness, BITs, and EMR. Employment type: Travel; 40 hours per week, 10‑hour day shifts (07:00–17:00). Start date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating patients with various swallowing and speech‑language diagnoses
• Conducting Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Virginia license and CCCs
• Experience with adult patient population in a medical setting

Preferred

• Neuro experience
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience

Schedule

• 10‑hour day shifts (07:00–17:00), 40 hours per week
• Rotating weekend coverage — typically one shift per month
• May float to acute hospital units as needed

Pay

Pay package based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
