We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend. Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services in accordance with the plan of care
- Document patient progress, services provided, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to facility and regulatory compliance standards
Requirements
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Texas
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for it
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
