Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in a SNF setting, assessing and treating patients to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Deliver therapy sessions, document patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop therapy plans, administer treatments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adapt to diverse patient needs in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with relevant clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently in a travel capacity.
