Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position focused on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations, developing personalized therapy plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, adhering to safety protocols, and engaging in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
• Develop personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safety practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and engage in professional development activities.
• Conduct assessments using standardized tools.
• Implement evidence-based treatments.
• Provide education and support to patients and teams.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
