Responsibilities

• Supporting safe patient mobility and applying standardized safety practices during sessions.
• Collaborating with the care team to develop therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in medical records.
• Providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring progress toward goals.

Schedule

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
