Travel Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - $1,744 per week
About the role
Zack Group is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a position in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license and at least 2 years of recent SLPA experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Assess and evaluate patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current Resume
- Active or Pending State License as an SLPA
- Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for SLPA
- 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker
- Pass background/urine drug screening
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure as an SLPA in good standing
- At least 2 years of recent SLPA experience
