About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week position starting September 7, 2026 in Visalia, California.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Document progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program
- Current California State License or compact
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer software used in clinical practice
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Benefits
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
