About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and weekly pay up to $2,940. A quick start bonus is available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech and language disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, and dysphagia
• Conduct memory and executive functioning interventions
• Provide post-stroke rehabilitation for short-term rehab and long-term care residents
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address a broad range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Build patient relationships and track measurable functional progress

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts SLP License (must be active prior to start date)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Skilled Nursing or Rehab experience preferred
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Strong documentation and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• Dysphagia treatment experience
• Experience with cognitive and communication disorders
• Previous travel experience (preferred but not required)
