Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Weekend rotation as assigned based on need
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Start date: 11/09/2026

Responsibilities

• Provide patient coverage across the continuum of care within Mohawk Valley Health System: inpatient hospital, acute rehabilitation, and outpatient clinic
• Perform swallowing bedside evaluations (required)
• Conduct video fluoroscopic swallow studies (preferred, not required)
• Flexibly adapt to changing patient loads and coverage needs across units

Requirements

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) — required
• New York State Speech Language Pathologist license — required
• BLS certification — required
• Completion of clinical fellowship year — required
• Acute care inpatient hospital experience — preferred
• Video fluoroscopic swallow study experience — preferred

Pay

Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
