Job Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology.
- Completed Certificate of Clinical Competence.
- Current Speech-Language Pathology License / Licensure in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The anticipated start date is ASAP and the anticipated duration of the contract is the current and/or future school year. The anticipated schedule is Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
Speech and Language Pathologists will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and recommend services for students experiencing delays with expressive and receptive language skills, articulation/phonology, fluency and oral motor. They will promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities. They will provide support to families, and collaborate with other disciplines, as needed in order to address goals and objectives as indicated in each student's IFSP or IEP. In compliance with state and local requirements, each therapist will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation regarding student services and subsequent needs.
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
