Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,666 per week

About the role

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide inpatient and acute care services to patients with speech, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders following stroke, trauma, or medical illness.

Responsibilities

• Perform bedside and inpatient evaluations
• Treat dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab teams
• Educate patients and caregivers

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active (or pending) state SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFY welcome)

Qualifications

• Experience in acute care settings is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
