About the Role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License
