Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,651 per week

About the role

AHS Staffing is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work in an Acute Inpatient setting in Coxsackie, NY. The position is expected to last 26 weeks and will be 40 hours per week, with a shift of 8 hours, days.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
• Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in New York State
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam
• Current CPR certification
