Schedule

• Shift: 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• No on-call or call back requirements
• No weekend or holiday rotation requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with adult patients performing cognitive evaluations
• Perform bedside swallow evaluations

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin licensure required
• CCC-A or CCC-SLP certification required
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred

• Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,640
• $500 contract completion bonus
