About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Tuba City, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Active SLP license.
- ASHA certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of SLP experience.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
