Responsibilities
- Assess patients' communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans in the home setting
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support rehabilitation goals
- Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance communication and feeding techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions tailored to the home environment and individual patient needs
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams and community resources for comprehensive support
Requirements
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- OR licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clean driving record
Pay
$2,568.26 - $2,647.69 per week
