About the role
Average daily schedule: 8 hours, days.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language therapy sessions for patients with various communication disorders.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State.
- Experience working with adult populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
