About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
- Document services in compliance with state and facility standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.
