Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,487 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Ranger, Texas, starting 11/09/2026. This is a full-time travel position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts, and no weekend or on-call requirements.

We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in Long Term Care (LTC) settings. The ideal candidate will develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving residents' swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities, while also working to reduce aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver speech therapy treatment plans for residents tailored to their individual needs.
• Improve residents' communication skills and enhance their ability to understand others.
• Lead and direct speech-language pathology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure adherence to established facility policies and procedures to provide high-quality care and services to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist (REQUIRED).
• Valid Texas License or compact license (REQUIRED).

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• No weekend or on-call requirements

Pay

Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
