Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 15-week contract starting June 29, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers and families.

• Active SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• BLS certification required.
