About the role
We’re seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a home health position in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates speech, language, cognitive, and communication impairments
- Evaluates swallowing, airway, clinical voice, and resonance disorders
- Develops and administers speech therapy programs and treatments
- Provides patient and family education
- Exercises courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, and medical personnel
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology
- Completed Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Current Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
