About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Claremont, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a SNF setting
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of NH
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
- Current CPR certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days shift, 35 hours per week, 12 hours per day.
