About the role

Travel Speech Language Pathologist position available in Sioux City, Iowa. The role involves providing comprehensive inpatient physical therapy care in a dynamic clinical setting. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered services and may float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient speech-language pathology services
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Work during summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Voluntary weekend shifts may be available

Requirements

• Valid Iowa state license
• CPR certification
• Mandatory reporter training
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Skills checklist completed within the last year
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (verified by driver’s license)

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system (preferred)
• Previous inpatient or trauma center experience (preferred)
• Prior travel contract experience (preferred)
• Experience working in hospital trauma centers (Level 1, 2, 3, or 4)

Schedule

• Day shift, 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week minimum
• Orientation: 08/31/2026 – 09/14/2026
