Travel Speech Language Pathologist - $2,350 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Cumming, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
• Evaluate and treat patients with various speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with referring physicians and families.

Requirements

• At least 1 year full-time SLP Acute experience within the last 2 years.
• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• ACLS certification preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $46.04 - $54.41 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Weekly pay package includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts.
