Travel Speech-Language Pathologist - $2,344 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, located in Canaan, Connecticut. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Connecticut.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
