About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 26-week assignment starting August 23, 2026, in Temple, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing abilities and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Texas.
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to various locations within Texas.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
