Responsibilities
- Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
- Provide skilled speech therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
- Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills so they can fulfill educational, vocational, and social roles.
- Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or actively in the licensure application process.
- Must be an SLP‑CCC.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40‑hour weeks (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
