About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week position starting July 27, 2026, in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Mexico.
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Travel may involve overnight stays.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
