About the role

Join the care team in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) in Franklin, New Hampshire, where you’ll provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting on 08/31/2026, with a duration ending on 11/28/2026. The role requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift from 08:00 to 16:30.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in speech-language pathology.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Active license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in LTC/SNF settings.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time Speech Language Pathologist experience in LTC/SNF within the last 2 years.

Pay

Weekly gross pay ranges from $2,167 to $2,281 for 36 hours per week, based on 12-hour shifts. Tax-free stipend amounts are to be determined.
