Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Mount Olive, North Carolina. Start date 10/26/2026, duration 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, day shift.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' communication needs and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued support
Qualifications
- A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- NC licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Pay
$2,224.05 - $2,292.84 per week
Schedule
40 hours per week, day shift (8‑hour shifts, 5×8)
