About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services in a NICU/Pediatric setting
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
- NICU/Pediatrics experience required
- Experience with pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders preferred
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
