About the role
Work directly with patients to evaluate and treat issues with communication and swallowing.
Expert knowledge of speech sounds, language development, fluency management, and dysphagia are required.
Must have great communication skills, including the ability to work with patients one-on-one.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing issues.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and referring physicians.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licenses and certifications required (e.g., ASHA certification).
- Experience working with patients of all ages.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience with various therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills

Benefits
Tax-free stipend to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
