About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 15-week contract in Middletown, Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and guidelines set forth by ASHA.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
- Document progress notes and treatment plans according to facility protocols.
Requirements
- Active SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- BLS Certification
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
