Travel Speech-Language Pathologist - $2,211 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Middletown, Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Rhode Island.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be willing to travel within the United States.
• Must be available for 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
